Olakino was formed in 2024 through a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture relationship between Shearwater, a for-profit subsidiary of the Ho’oilina Foundation, and Tria Federal, a leading Technology and Advisory services provider.
Olakino was created due to the mutual alignment of vision, culture, and the shared passion for the overall Mentor-Protégé Program among its founding partners.
